Night Whispers-the Cat on the cover is supposed to be Flametail, and yes, part of the story will be told from the point of view of him as well!
I know this is old, but new things can still be discovered from this description...

One last spoiler....featuring Sign of the Moon. The book is supposed to be centered around the Tribe of Rushing Water, and a few rumors have said that there will be parts that are told from the Tribe's point of view. Only time will tell....
