new books

Just a little heads up- the warrior cat books come out on September 2nd. Two books will be coming out, the cartoon series Tigerstar and Sasha #1 Into the Woods and Power of Three Eclipse. This book will be coming out in hard cover. (as usual) Heres a discription that I got off of amazon...

Cats that made the journey

These cats made a journey sent by starclan. They found out that the clans had to move! One cat was picked from each clan to go on the journey, but there are more then four cats here...

the black cat is Crowpaw of Windclan, (later crowfeather) the patch-work like cat is Tawnypelt of Shadowclan, the Striped cat is Brambleclaw of Thunderclan with his annoying friend Squirrelpaw (who fallowed him, and he finally said she could go, later Squirrelflight and Brambleclaws mate) the light silver cat is Feathertail of Riverclan. She died on the journey, helping a tribe of cats. The darker cat is Stormfur her brother. They go everywhere together!

Tigerstar! Dum, dum DE DUMMMM!!!!!!

Tigerstar is very important in the warrior cat history. He was terrible, and craved power. He was a huge dark brown tabby with unusually long claws. When he lived in Thunderclan, he murdered the tc (thunderclan) deputy. He made it seem like a cat from another clan had done it. HE then hoped he would be made deputy, but no. A young apprintice named Ravenpaw saw what Tigerstar had done, Tigerstar tried to kill him, but his firend firepaw brought ravenpaw to a safe spot away from the clans and told tigerclaw that raven paw was dead. Bluestar then appointed a new deputy. Not Tigerclaw, but Lionheart. Lionheart was kind, and brave, but Tigerclaw killed him to. Tigerclaw then became deputy. His next task, was to kill his leader. After many moons, fireheart and graystripe convinced Bluestar, after she saw first hand what Tigercalws craziness was like. Bluestar banished him from Thunderclan. He then went to Shadowclan, and became their leader. He came across a group of cats that called themselves Bloodclan. They had no rules, just a leader Scourge. Tigerstar invited them to come help battle agenst the other clans so he could rule over the whole forest, but before the battle when all the cats were gathered up, Scourge killed Tigerstar. Shadowclan then sided with the other 3 clans to drive Bloodclan out of the forest. This is just an outline of everything Tigerstar did. His son, was just like him. His name was Hawlkfrost. Hawlkfrost was killed by his half brother, Brambleclaw of Thunderclan. Hawlkfrost and Tigerstar never went to starclan. They went well....somewhere bad. Tigerstars kin will always be in the clans. Brambleclaw proved himself trust worthy, and is the exact oposite of Tigerstar. Brambleclaws sister in Shadowclan (she left thunderclan because she was tired of being treated for her fathers actions, so she went to shadowclan) her name is Tawnypelt. She is probably the nicest cat in the whole clan. Then, theres Mothwing. Shes the riverclan medicine cat. Hawlkfrost was her brother. All but Hawlkfrost are very nice cats.

All about medicine cats

Without medicine cats, the clans would fall appart. Every 1/2 moon, they visit the moonpool. (back in the forest, it used to be mothermouth, wich was a cave with twisting paths, then once you reached this big sparkling rock, you layed down, and touched your nose to the rock.) The moonpool was discovered by a medicine cat, Leafpool of Thunderclan. (Firestars daughter) As well as talking to starclan, they can heal anything from a bite to a fever. Medicine cats put aside rivalry from the other clans and would help any cat no matter from wich clan. If you become a medicine cat, you may not have a mate, or fall in love.

Starclan

Starclan is very important to the warrior cats. When a cat dies, he or she will go to starclan where the walk among the skies. They tell medicine cats prophicies, they help clan leaders, and they just watch over the clans. Before the journey, when the cats lived in the forest, every full moon all the clans would gather at "fourtrees" Fourtrees is a hollow with 4 massive oak trees on eaither corner. Then, the cats talk to one another, and the leaders share with all the clans about whats been happening latley within their clan. For example, one leader might say, kits were born, or warriors or apprintices were made, or to warn the other clans if a badger or fox was around the territory. They never mention if their clan is starving, or if a cat died. All the clans are rivals, so they all want to be strong. So, back to Starclan! If during a meeting a battle starts, Starclan will get angry with them. It will send a cloud over the moon to show their dissaproval. That signals the end of the meeting. Once the cats moved to the lake, they found a new place, almost as good as fourtrees. It was a small island, with a dead tree leading from land ointo the island.
