Put on Hold

At the moment, the World of Warriors is slowww. So I will try and say anything that I can find that is interesting, just so you people dont think I have completely dumped this blog, which I havent. ;-) Ok I was looking for something to post, and I went on the Warriors Messenger Board and I got sucked into the whole new world, so I really have nothing to post at the moment, but if you want to go to the Boards site on the Warriors site, here is the link. Will be posting again shortly, have some good ideas! :-)

Book List

Just to let you know, along the side of my blog is a list of the future Warrior Cat books and their release dates. I will not make a full post about it from now on unless it is about to come out. I will probably mention it at the bottom of my other posts. Enjoy!

Still figuring it out...

Ok, so I was loking at the Warrior Cat trading cards that can be found nowhere to buy again, and I found these. I guess (since I cant read Chinese or Japanese or whatever) that its an add for the book and it comes with the collectors card? I dunno.

...Wait! Its Chinese. Ok, getting somewhere...

Shadow Forest

The Shadow Forest is the opposite of StarClan. It is a place where the stars never shine, and it is endless darkness. It looks like the old forest, where the clans used to live, but it goes on forever. A few of the cats that lurk here are Tigerstar, Hawlkfrost, and Darkstripe. In Omen of the Stars #1 the First Apprentice, the Shadow Forest's barriers are beginning to break. Evil dead cats are beginning to be able to come back to the living clans, both in their dreams and in the waking forest. Before, Brambleclaw and Lionblaze were visited by Tigerstar in their dreams, and he tried to teach them the ambition to rule the forest, but they were both strong, good cats and finally stopped following him. Now, others have been visited by cats of the Shadow Forest, and they are building an army. It will be a fight of the Shadow Forest and their followers against StarClan and the good. That is what will happen in the series Omen of the Stars, one large battle between the good and evil, both dead and alive.

Peace on Dove

"After the sharp-eyed jay and the roaring lion, peace will come on dove's gentle wing..."

That is the prophecy that Dovepaw, daughter of Whitewing, recieved on the night she was born. Dovepaw has the unique sense of hearing far away, farther then cat should hear. It turns out that Dovepaw is one of the power of three along with Lionblaze and Jayfeather who will have more power then StarClan.

The Fourth Apprentice ReViEw

Skipping half a generation ahead, the Fourth Apprentice was a book featuring Ivykit and Dovekit as well as Lionblaze and Jayfeather. There was a prophecy was in the last series 'There will be Three, kin of your kin, who Hold the Power of the Stars in their Paws' and Everyone thought it was Hollyleaf ,Jayfeather and Lionblaze, but then Hollyleaf died. Revealed in this book was that after Dovekit and Ivykit became apprentices, that Dovekit had an amazing skill of hearing and almost seeing at a distance that was not possible for cats. Lionblaze became her mentor, and he and Jayfeather told her about the prophecy. She was amazed, but it also took her a while to understand that other cats didnt have those senses.

There was a terrible drought going on in the clans and the river had dried up as well as most of the lake. RiverClan was becoming very agictated and announced that the lake belonged to them and no other clan could have it. (that didnt make much sense since every cat needed water so RiverClan must have really been losing it) Also, Leopardstar lost about 3 lives due to infection, disease, and lack of food. Anyway, Dovepaw suddenly saw what was causing the lack of water. Up the stream in ShadowClan territory there was a group of beavers that had built a dam in the stream, blocking the water. Dovepaw heard the gnawing of the beavers and knew she had to do something. With Lionblaze's help, a patrol was gathered two cats from each clan. The cats set out, still a little hostile not knowing what was ahead. Finally, (in a nutshell) they reached the beaver dam and they tried to roll the logs that were blocking the stream but they were very slippery and the beavers were immune to any amount of clawing and biting and the cats had to retreat. Finally, they decided to attack them at night and they managed to shift the logs enough to allow the water to run back into the clans.

The cat on the cover of this book is Dovepaw, and in the next book, "Fading Echoes" the cover features Ivypaw, Dovepaw's sister who has no special talents and sometimes feels very left out...who knows what will happen next?

The Old gets Better

Ok, so maybe Rainy Day News havent been aired for a while doesnt mean...well, you know. Here is a short video thats about 7 min. and 39 sec. long. Ok, so I am just sitting on the computer, and suddenly I find this?! I think these are chinese, but I am not sure. I was very, very surprised when I saw these. Somethimes, they have other warrio cat stuff but it isnt really for the ERIN HUNTER warrior cat books, but these are! They have the clans next to them! I think they are trading cards. Well, I sure know what's at the top of my Christmas list this year! There are 11 different versions all found here if you really want to see them. You have to do a bit of scrolling. The only problem is, I cant find them for sale anywhere...

MyWarrior

I have written another story, but it isn't about Erin Hunter's warrior cats. I made up some new names, and a short (short) story about them.

Shaking his pelt roughly, Flamestar padded into the newly-white clearing. It was leaf-bare, the time when prey was scarce and cats' pelts wore down to the bone. Flamestar headed over to a group of cats that were gathered around a single scrawny rabbit, biting ravenously into it. "Briskfur I want you to lead the dawn patrol." Flamestar murmured to his deputy. The other two cats looked at him expectantly. "Dovewing, Thistletail, I want you to take a border patrol near the ShadowClan border. They have been pushing their scent markers, and Shrewclaw reported that there was a dead mouse with ShadowClan scent on it yesterday. Bring Sunpaw and Greyear with you." Flamestar then trotted toward the nursery. His mate, Silverwind, had just had her kits nearly a day before. "Flamestar, is that you?" His mate purred. Sure enough, gathered into her fur were three furry bundles squirming around. Pebbleheart, ThunderClan's medicine cat stood next to her giving her some herbs. "They are strong, healthy kits. I wonder why they were born now? Bare-leaf is a strange season for kits." Pebbleheart meowed. Silverwind proudly looked down at her kits. "This white one is Snowkit, and his sister here is Peddlekit and this," she nudged the midnight-black kit "is Nightkit." Flamestar looked down at his mate and kits. "Even in leaf-bare our clan is as strong as ever."

Nearly a Year Ahead

Sometimes I just wonder how I can find all these warrior cat books so far in advance its kinda creepy...I say this because I just found out the release date of 2010's Super Edition, Skyclan's Destiny! It comes out August 3 2010. Amazon really is the best website in the world. haha. Anyway, I am happy Erin Hunter is coming out with another book about Skyclan because the first Super Edition was called Firestars Quest and it was about finding a 5th clan called Skyclan that had been exiled from the forest. It told about him going and finding decendants from the clan and telling them about their heritige. They formed a new Skyclan, but not anywhere near the other four clans. They used the area where Skyclan refuged once they left the forest. After that, the story was just sort of left there so thats why I am happy that we will find out more about Skyclan.

Make up your Mind!

Ok, so I have done deep thinking (not really it just sounds cool) and I have discovered that they have changed the cover of Warrior Cats Omen of the Stars #2 Fading Echoes. From one of my previous postings I put two possible covers to Fading Echoes. Before, the cover was going to be the tan-orange cat but now when I go to amazon.com this cover comes up. I guess its ok that they changed it because its coming out April 6 2010...but still!

Along with the updates, Shattered Peace the first book in the new manga series Ravenpaw's Path comes out November 24 2009 along with the first book in the first book in the Omen of the Stars set of Warrior Cats books, The Fourth Apprentice.

GUESS WHAT?!

I got an email from Erin Hunter (well not really its that automatic thing called AuthorTracker but thats not all) and she told everyone the name of Omen of the Stars #3! It is called Night Whispers. Itsnt that a great name? It sounds nice. She is also writing Skyclan's Destiny. Skyclan's Destiny is next year's Super Edition. (coming out August 2010) The past super edition's have been Bluestar's Prophecy and Firestar's Quest. I just had to post that because I get so excited when I hear another book is coming out! :-) Will keep you updated!

The Fourth Apprentice

I was going to put the amazon review in here and my own review, but since it wont copy, I guess everyone will have to settle for mine. :-)

It had been moons since Hollyleaf had died, and the clans were living in peace. Jayfeather lay curled in the medicine cat den, letting the thick sent of herbs drift into his nose. Leafpool was in the nursery caring for Whitewing's kits, Dovekit and Ivykit. Lionblaze padded into the nursery carrying a freshly killed vole. "Thanks." Jayfeather muttered. Lionblaze narrowed his eyes. "What's with you?" Jayfeather sat up and streatched. "The prophecy! Who is the third cat? Dovekit or Ivykit?" Lionblaze had been trying to forget about the prophecy because he figured it was useless until Dovekit and Ivykit were mentored. "We have to complete the prophecy. We hold the power of the stars in our paws. We are stronger then StarClan."

"Please please can we play outside the nursery Whitewing?" Dovekit asked. "Its stuffy in here!" Ivykit complained. Whitewing sighed. Dovekit and Ivykit had been begging to go outside the clearing, but she decided they were old enough to not be grabbed by a fox or a falcon. She still remembered the stories her mother, Brightheart used to tell her about a kit who was picked right up by a falcon on his first journey out of the nursery. She shuddered at the thought. "Ok you two lets go outside." The kits shot out of the nursery and began tumbling over each other batting at falling leaves and rolling in the soft earth. "They will have to be apprenticed before to long." Brambleclaw, the Thunderclan deputy meowed. He sat down with his tail around his paws watching the kits tumble around with each other. It reminded him of when he and his sister, Tawnypelt, were kits. Tawnypelt left ThunderClan long ago because she said her clan was always compairing her to their father, Tigerstar, so she joined ShadowClan. "They are growing taller, and have alot of curiosity." Whitewing purred. Lionblaze poked his head out of the medicine cat den, noticing Dovekit and Ivykit scampering around outside the nursery. If only they knew. He thought. Soon their lives will change forever.

Which is Right?

Ok, I was on google today looking at pictures, and I saw a different cover for Warrior Cats: Fading Echoes. Im not sure which is right, because I read somewhere that the author was not sure EXACTLY what cover she would use, but I am pretty sure it is the one with the tan cat on it because that is the cover on amazon.com I think both of them are pretty cool!!

Crookedstar, past leader of Riverclan

In the beginning of the warrior cat series, Crookedstar is the leader of Riverclan. He is a very large light brown tabby tom cat with green eyes. He got the first part of his name 'Crooked' from when he was young he had an accident on the Riverclan border and he broke his jaw. He became an apprentice late because he was very sick. No one would have thought he would become the leader of his clan! He always took everything with high spirits though, and thats probably why he went on to becoming a warrior then deputy then leader.

His brother Oakheart always said that Crookedpaw should become leader, and Crookedpaw promised that if he ever became leader, he would make Oakheart his deputy. Later Crookedjaw was made deputy, and finally when Hailstar, the leader of Riverclan lost his 9th life, Crookedjaw wanted to make Oakheart his deputy, but he declined, saying he had not earned it yet, so Timberfur was chosen.

Later in the series, when Firepaw/heart/star comes in, Crookedstar is older, wiser, and has a daughter. She is Silverstream, Graystripe's mate. (that happens later) It is unknown who Crookedstar's mate is, but we know that his mother is Lilystem.

Meet Mousefur of Thunderclan!

Mousefur was in the first warriors book Into the Wild as a young warrior. Since then, she has been in every book, every single book, even in the last book, Sunrise. She recently joined the elder's den, but still seems to be a strong cat, although her language hasnt improved much. :-)

I never used to like Mousefur much, but after having her in 18 books, shes grown on me. I will sad when she goes to Starclan. Mousefur's mother is One-eye and father is Half-tail. Her only brother is Runningwind, who died lllooonnnggg ago in the first 6 books. This might sound bad, but why is Mousefur still alive?! She has gone through nearly two generations of Thunderclan! In her whole Thunderclan live, she has only had two apprentices: Thornclaw and Spiderleg, and only Spiderleg has passed away...ANYWAY! Mousefur is a small brown dusky she-cat with yellow eyes. No wonder she recieved the name "mouse"!

Still Writing!

I am signed up for Author Tracker which is a tracker thing-o-mo-bob that sends out notices when new warrior cat books are being published. Well, next year (we don't know when it will be released.) It is called Skyclan's Destiny. She is still writing it. Like Firestar's Quest and Bluestar's Prophecy (both Super Editions and rather fat) this one will be a super edition. There is no picture and no description, because obviously, Erin Hunter is still writing it!!

Book Releases Update

Omen of the Stars is the next set in wthe Warrior cats series. Usually, each set has 6 books. This is the fourth set, so so far there have been 18 books, this is the 19th. (not counting the extra books) This set is called Omen of the Stars: The Fourth Apprentice (right) it will be released November 24th 2009.

Dirt on Daisy

Daisy is my aunt and uncle's maine coon cat. She has been around...for a while. :-) When I was in Maine, we went to their house, and Daisy was rolling around in the sand. I just made this little movie for her, its about 30 sec. and its pretty funny. Apparently she does this alot. Enjoy!

Maine "Coons" (get it?)

After spending 3 days on Monhegan island, a small little island off the coast of Maine, I had taken a bunch of pictures, and most of them were of cats. Go figure. :-) All of them are owned, I was told, and a sign said not to take them in, feed, them or bathe them. Geez, if I had a cat, I don't think I would mind people giving my cat a bath. Easier for me! Anyway, here are some pictures!

What will Happen?

Sorry I havent been on here in a while, summer is very...summer-y. :-) Anyway, after Sunrise came out, the book where Hollyleaf told all four clans at a gathering that Crowfeather and Leafpool were her, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather's parents, Erin Hunter ended the book once Thunderclan got back to camp and Hollyleaf died. I always wondered what had happened to her, and I would write stories about it. Here is one:

Jayfeather lay on the cold earth, silently looking up toward the stars. Hollyleaf was dead, and the prophecy couldn't fallow through. Next to him, Lionblaze sat curled up in a tight ball, his body slowly rising up and down. ThunderClan was sitting vigal for Hollyleaf, thinking that rocks had tumbled down on her while she was chasing prey, but only Lionblaze and Jayfeather knew the truth. Hollyleaf had murdered Ashfur, the cat who threatened to reveal the secret that Squirrelflight was not their parents. She was ditraught that cats had lied to her and her brothers and had broken the warrior code that she had valued so much, and eventually it was to much for her.

Raising his head to a sudden noise, Jayfeather carefully sat up. Although he was blind, he knew everything that was happening in the camp. Brambleclaw lumbered through the camp entrance with his mate, Squirrelflight right behind him. "Brambleclaw, I didn't mean-" Squirrelflight stammered. Brambleclaw whirled around to face her, hurt and anger in his eyes. "You didn't tell me after everything we have done!" without giving her a chance to talk, he quickly padded off toward the warriors den leaving Squirrelflight alone. Jayfeather could feel her turn her hurt green gaze toward him, but he did not want to speak to her. Squirrelflight let out a soft gasp and headed toward the medicine cat den with her tail dragging in the dirt. Good. Jayfeather thought. Let her be around another liar. We dont need them!

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join beneath this high-ledge for a clan meeting!" Firestar's yowl rang out across the camp. Even though it was dawn, the clan had much to do today. The cats scampered around the ledge, eager to see what their leader woild say, casting hostile glances toward Leafpool and Squirrelflight who sat at the edge of the group. Firestar looked directly at Leafpool and Squirrelflight and said "Hollyleaf went to StarClan last night, and we will honor her for many moons to come." he paused, choosing his words carefully. "But we must address what has happened in our clan. Squirrelflight, you have raised Leafpool's kits in secret to the clan, and our warrior ancestors frown upon that. Leafpool, you fell in love, which is agenst the medicine cat code, and it was a cat from a different clan." another pause. "You both loved Hollyleaf very much, and her death is a good enough punishment for you. Both of you will stay in ThunderClan, but I hope you understand what you did was wrong." The ThunderClan cats began murmuring to each other and Berrynose shouted out "They dont deserve to be in this clan!" fallowed by more outbursts. "SILENCE!" Firestar yowled. "I am the clan leader, and that is my decision. The day will go on as usuall. Brambleclaw, organise the patrols." Firestar whipped around and stalked into his den. The cats began to break up although Jayfeather and Lionblaze padded toward each other. "It must be hard for Firestar, Squirrelflight and Leafpool are his daughters." Lionblaze whispered. Jayfeather nodded, then looked up at Lionblaze "what has happened to ThunderClan?"

Rainy What?

A Rainy Day News was recorded a while ago, but still hasnt been aired. Dont worry, that will happen sometime this week!

Over 4th of July, I was at my grandparents house in upstate New York. While I was there, I got to see 3 cats. They dont have much of a tail, its how their breed is. (But they are still cute!!)

Nick-a-palooza

We celebrated Nick's coming home on June 12, a Friday, and the day went by fast! If you want to experience the moment again, watch the Rainy Day News Channel!!!!

After a while, we all gathered together, talking about sharks (they still freak me out) the correct way to make mud pies, and we hunted down fireflies. It was a great night, better then any block party for sure!

Today, I looked out the window and sure enough, the huge colorful letters spelling 'NICK' were still there, I thought it added a little color to our neighboorhood.

Even though the party is over, I don't think ANYONE will ever forget what Nick accomplished!

Fading Echoes

I found something about the book! Here it is, I am not sure if it is true or not though...

"Fading Echoes is the second book in the Omen of the Stars series. All that is known about the book is that Ivykit, the daughter of Whitewing and Birchfall, will be featured on the cover, as well as a teaser from Victoria Holmes. "Things are getting very tense, with Jayfeather about to swallow his pride and seek help from the other medicine cats for a young warrior who's been horrifically injured by a falling tree..." e-mail correspondence with Victoria Holmes. In an AuthorTracker email, it was revealed there would be a new species introduced. This was later confirmed to be beavers, who will be an enemy."

Lookey What I found!

I was looking at warrior cat pictures on the web, and I found this! I searched it on amazon.com, but apparently it hasnt registered that this book exists. The thing is, it probably comes out in 2010. It is the 20th book in the warrior series, the 2nd book in the 4th set of 6 books. I cant find anything about it though...the cover is pretty cool!

It has A R R I V E D

Sunrise Review Part 2

Hollyleaf killed Ashfur.

Hollyleaf sunck up to him, killed him, then dumped him in the river hoping no one would find him. She was so worried, and she didnt want anyone making any more lies. Her whole life, Hollyleaf believed the warrior code should always be stuck to, no matter what. At the gathering, she announced to the whole clan (and I will get a quote from the book) that her mother was Leafpool. Leafpool then said Crowfeather was their father-though he never kenw it. He denied it, for he already had a son, Breezepaw in Windclan. Brambleclaw was very upset. He was sad that Squirrelflight had lied to him. The whole forest was amazed, including Thunderclan.

The gathering ended.

Hollyleaf still didnt feel any better though.

Her family had lied to her.

Her clan had lied to her.

The forest was full of secrets, all breaking the warrior code that she lived by-it was all to much. She ran off, not knowing -or caring- where she was going. Jayfeather and Lionblaze ran after her, calling her to stop. She then told them all about her killing Ashfur, and how she had to. Hollyleaf had lost it. She started running again. She ran into a tunnel, and suddenly, a huge rock crashed down on her. Hollyleaf was gone.

They knew they couldnt tell the clan that Hollyleaf had killed Ashfur-it had to be a secret forever. They told the clan that she had died hunting, so she would be remembered well. Another lie in the forest.

How could they be the power of 3 now? Suddenly, Jayfeather found the anwser. Firestar's nephew, Cloudtail had a daughter named Whitewing who was the mother of two young kits-Ivykit and Dovekit. The prophecy could still be true!

Sunrise Review Part 1

I enjoyed all 352 pages of this book. In the last book, Ashfur (a thunderclan warrior) was killed. I thought it was Squirrelflight, trying to keep Ashfur from telling the forest that Hollyleaf, Lionblaze and Jayfeather are not her kits. Thunderclan does not know that though, so Firestar sends a potrol of cats out to find Sol.

Sol is a cat who was in Eclipse and Long Shadows. He is a very mysterious cat, neither good nor bad, though he talked Shadowclan into not believing in Starclan, no one really knows what he ever wants to accomplish. Sol is found near the Sun-drown place, far away from the forest. The Sun-drown place is a beach, where the sun sets into the ocean each night, therefore finding its name. The potrol of cats (including Lionblaze and Hollyleaf) bring Sol back to Thunderclan and take him prisioner for questioning.

Soon, it is realized that Sol is not guilty, and he escapes. The 3 (Hollyleaf, Lionblaze and Jayfeather) find him still in Thunderclan territory, and he asks if they want to know how who their father is. (They had figured out earlier that their mother had in fat been Leafpool, the Thunderclan medicine cat. She told them not to tell any cat, no matter how hard it was. Of corse, they didnt find it very hard since they were so upset with Leafpool and Squirrelflight for not telling them the truth about their parents.) The 3 realize Sol is using them, and that he really wants the power all to himself to rule the forest.

Warrior Cats

Sunrise has come out! I finished it in 3 days. :-) It is very good, but I can't tell you right now, don't want to spoil the surprise for anyone.

There will be FIVE, yes FIVE new warrior cat books coming out, dates ranging from June 9 to November 24 2009.

Who is Togus? This is what is owner said about him

"Togus came to us from the Louis Doe Home Center and Pet Center in Newcastle, a great local business that tries to find homes for unwanted cats. We saw the Big Guy there and it was love at first sight! He came to us with a name the store gave him, buit didn't seem to fit. I think it was Tango. By accident one day, searching for a name that started with "T", I said "Togus". And it seemed right. My wife's father has had a very long relationship with the Togus VA Hospital in Augusta, and so has she. Besides that, the big coon cat was kind of beat-up when he arrived, and looked like a tough old veteran himself. The name stuck, and he's been Togus ever since."

Togus is famous in Maine, and is no warrior cat. He tells the weather...sort of.

Both of these books will be released June 9th...still have a while longer to wait!

Tawnypelt

Tawnypelt, Brambleclaw's sister (Brambleclaw: Deputy for Fireheart leader of Thunderclan. Mate to Squirrelflight and [Step]father of Lionblaze, Jayfeather and Hollyleaf.) is one of the nicest cats in Shadowclan. Wondering why she is not in Thunderclan? Well, Brambleclaw and Tawnypelt's father is Tigerstar (or Tigerclaw at the time. If you dont remember who Tigerclaw is, you better look at some of the past posts...he is NOT nice!)

Tawnypelt always became mad when cats from Thunderclan never trusted her. At the time, she was only Tawnypaw, but she still knew that it was unfair of the cats to assume she was just like her father. So, one day she had had enough of it...she left. Her father was later the leader of Shadowclan, so she went there. Not nessasarily to be with him, she just wanted to live in a clan where the cats would appreiciate her. She has lived there ever since, as if she was born into the clan even long after Tigerstar died. She had three kits, Flamekit, Dawnkit and Tigerkit. There father is called Rowanclaw, and he is also a warrior of Shadowclan.

Happy Spring Break!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Spring Break! It seemed everyone went to a place that was warmer then PA huh? (I don't know about you, but I always kept on wondering, 'what is she doing right now?') The only problem is, s  c  h  o  o  l. Yeah, its starting again-BUT ITS ALMOST OVER!!! WOOO HOOOO!! 

April Fools?

Ok, this is weird.

I checked amazon.com today to see when the new warrior cats book, Sunrise would be released. It said April 21st, cool. Then I checked the Warrior Cats Website, and it stated that the next book Sunrise would be released earlier then that. Weird huh????

Who knows which to believe. Guess if you plan on getting the book, you better check barnes&noble.com or borders.com 

Moooovie

Just like the Rainy Day News (there has not been one for a while because everyone is going on vacation, like Hawaii, Greece, and you know, places where the filming is not possible.) there is a new movie. Don't freak out, (Lester) no one is being replaced. I made it, its a warrior cat video. It has moooooosic!!! It will be put on whenever I remember to ask my dad to put it on, which probably won't be for a while... so until then....

Sandstorm

Sandstorm-mate of Firestar leader of Thunderclan. When Firestar first came into Thunderclan as Rusty, Sandstorm (then Sandpaw) disliked Firestar. They always argued, and never did anything together. Then, throughout the books, they always have to do things together, and soon got to know each other.

Sandstorm is still alive as a happy grandparent. She is the mother of Leafpool and Squirrelflight, and grandmother of Hollyfern, Lionblaze and Jayfeather. She is still a fantastic warrior, and every now and then she helps Firestar in decisions for the clan.

Well, after a good day of sledding on yet another Snow Day, I decided to post something on the blog. No warrior cat books have come out, so their is not much to talk about. So I have decided just to find some cool cat facts. Good enough right?

Bad Graphics

Here is yet another FANTASTICAL Rainy Day News. I know, the camera stinks. My dad says he will fix it-or else! Itd pretty good though. One part is a tad long, the Cooking with Connie, but if you wanna skip that part please go to the bloopers. They are funny. :-) Its pretty funny, so I hope you enjoy it! Mini Story

Well, I was checking the warrior cat webpage, and recently the author Erin Hunter released a short story, only 14 pages long. If you click on the link below, it will give you a preview on what some of the warrior sotries are about. Remeber that this story is focused on the winter, and not being able to fight as much.  The actual stories that are published are more centered on Thunderclan-and usually Thunderclan's life. There are always small "border" fights though. If you have any questions on the story, I know if you don't read some of the other books you may not understand everything, but from reading the blog you should understand everything. Well, thats all I can say. Here is the link:

I am sooo glad to see that people have come to spunkyrox.blogspot.com and voted on the new poll! I was a little amazed though, Firestar is actually the Leader of Thunderclan, and 3 out of 4 of you said he was the leader of Riverclan.  This may not help, but you can remember that Firestar is the leader of THUNDERclan by thinking of thunder & fire. They are kinda alike. If you look in my blog archive, you could probably find something on Firestar and Thunderclan to. Thanks, and come see the new poll soon! (once I make one) :-)

Arent these kittens so cute? Well, this is the newest Tigerstar & Sasha comic book. It comes out June 9th as well. The only thing is, only two of the kittens make it to the clans-riverclan-and those were the brown kitten (Mothkit-Mothwing) and the gray striped kitten (hawk kit-Hawkfrost).

Celebrate with a Rainy Day News!

After a long, cold day eating snow, we headed on in to film our ten-thousand hit show, Rainy Day News! This show is not a half hour, dont worry. It is actually pretty short, and it has many mathmatical activities. (you will get that after you watch the video!) The only problem is that eh...bad lighting. :-) This was our first "heavy sticker" snow in 2009, and our 2nd in the 6th grade school year. What a way to celebrate the wonderful white day then a AWSOME rainy day news?!?!

PLUS, tomorrow we will have a new President of the United States! How cool is that???? And, tomorrow is the day we have to go back to school, even though I say that we will be having a new president, we should have off. LETS PROTEST! Nevermind, just watch the new and improved Rainy Day News! "Hello...hello...hello!"
